I need some help. I have built a heater box for my honey that has crystallized. Some of the honey is in 5 gal. pails and some are in glass contaners. My question is at what temperature should the heater box be at to bring the honey back to a liquid state.I do not whant to change the flavor of the honey . The next question is at what temperature should the honey stay at in the heater box so it will not crystallize again Your help would be appreciated. Ducky
