I need some help. I have built a heater box for my honey that has crystallized. Some of the honey is in 5 gal. pails and some are in glass contaners. My question is at what temperature should the heater box be at to bring the honey back to a liquid state.I do not whant to change the flavor of the honey . The next question is at what temperature should the honey stay at in the heater box so it will not crystallize again Your help would be appreciated. Ducky

To my knowledge, max 60 to 70 degr. C ...at that temperature you should be safe.
Most honey you buy in Stores is pasteurized, to make it a longer shelf life, around 80 to 90 derg.C...but that will "kill" all the good enzymes and flavors.....I was told.
