I am looking for honey labels to use on bears and honey jars. I have look at some but haven’t found one that just stood out. Can some of you list some places that sell honey labels?

I use Draper... there is a link in Everything Honey I believe. not an exhaustive number of off the shelf choices, but I believe they will do custom art also.

You can also design your own and take them to Kinkos and have them made. (if you have one nearby)
