While harvesting my honey a few days ago my daughter noticed that it seemed a little thin so I bought a refractometer and the %water reading is almost 22%. What are my options? Is it possible to feed it back to the bees and let them reprocess it then extract it again when they are finished? Most of the honey was capped but the weather has been high humidity and raining for several days before I extracted. I think that is what has the moisture so high. All advise welcome. Thanks!! By the way I have about 165 lbs of it.

Yelp, I watched several of his videos when i first got started...then listened to him last year at our state meeting...he's aged a bit. ;)
Very true. Of course, if you figure the time those videos were made there are lots of things that doesn't apply now...watch the ones where he's making up his antibiotic patties that "you have to use"....times have changed as has his views on antibiotics.
