Seems that the Winter prediction is coming true for the US. El Nino has been re-strengthening. Most of the areas covered on its map ringing true or soon to be. The northern mid-west states are now experiencing warmer weather. Average 5 degrees above normal or more.

Questions are: Is there anything we can do to help prep our flying friends homes to brace for flooding, high winds and extreme cold weather beforehand ?

Hawaii is expected to get 15'-30' tidal waves and California, next week, similar crashing waves and flooding storms.

Any advice for the Coastal states ? That's where most of the disturbances seem to be....

Tilted hives to allow for runoff. That's also one of the reasons I like screened bottom boards. Some weight for the top of the hives or migratory covers to allow strapping everything down. Well built stands can elevate hives over mud, water, snow and help with critter control.
