Is it common to see one or two of these in. Hive? Or could that lead to something more serious if not taken care of?

A strong hive will take care of them no problem. They will literally build little jails for them out of propolis to contain them. The bees can't sting them to death due to their hard shells, so they box them up and let them starve. If you see one and have the opportunity, smash them with your hive tool!

Thank you. They’re in one of my weak hives and I was out there yesterday and say probably 10. The hive isn’t doing so good, I put in a feeder and after a week, they probably drank about half. I’ll check
this Friday, I and go into the main brood and see if I see them, I couldn’t only look at the second box because the bees still haven’t built it up yet
