Nick, my two nucs were installed 12 days ago into 2 new hives. There is at least one hour during every warm sunny day when my hives look just like your video- lots of busy happy bees swirling around out front and congregating around the entrance. Then an hour later it might be all calm again.
Also look for evidence of little groups of bees 'washboarding' (search youtube) near the entrance- mine started doing that around day 8 and it indicated to me that they were just happy and active and settling in to their new home and doing some housekeeping. I could be wrong, but your video looks normal and active and happy to me.
I see you have the entrance reduced, and that's good for a new hive to help prevent robbing. But my bees were REALLY happy when I widened their entrance the other day from 1" to 3", which I did around day 10 after hiving my nucs.
I'm no expert, but I'm in the same place you are +2 days. :)
