Hi i'm from SNOW SHOE PA. Im a organic gardener and fish for wild trout.
I'm going to try my hand at beekeeping and i'm sure this will be aplace that will help me along with my new life long hobbie. I sure do have alot to learn .
I'm buying 3 hives for the spring and well start hanging with bee's come APRIL.

New to bees my self, there is a lot to learn but sure is interesting. Good luck on your hives in April. Im not sure where Snow Shoe is? I have visited your state several times to see a friend in Lancaster, beautiful state and great people.

Be sure to get involved with a local bee club. Clubs are great places to find mentors and get connected with local beekeepers, and they often offer beginning beekeeping classes. Plus, much of beekeeping is "location specific", so the locals can help you with beekeeping practices that work best in your area.
