Welcome, queen rearing is quite a leap for a new beekeeper. You should read all you can about the many methods currently available. You will need several hives to generate enough nurse bees to support queen cells.

I believe your post says "new here" and not "new beekeeper." As such, I'm making an assumption that you arn't new to beekeeping, just new to this site.
Read up on queen rearing in the Queen Breeding section. There is alot of good information there. My best suggestion, though, is with the Nicot system. It's the easiest that I've seen (although I don't use any system myself). I rely on swarm cells. They do just fine for me.
