I am a newbee, I have ordered my nuc for spring and am anxious to start. Will appreciate all the advice I can get.My delemia is Langs or top Bar, may try one of each.

This year go with whatever type of nuc you ordered. Chances are it's a Langsroth. I have all langs, but there are pros and cons to both. My advice would be if you want two hives, get two of the same.

Welcome pug bee; I would stick with Langs to start, that's probably what your nuc is; then when you geta handle on those, then check out the top bar hive...keep on reading'!
