Hi all.
I've had bees now for nearly 3 years with limited success. I've read a lot of posts from this site and have gained some valuable knowledge by doing so. I've recently had a change in my daily routine and will now have more time to dedicate to my bees. I over wintered two nukes the first year, and purchased a couple more last year and due to my mistakes and misguided practices, my bees suffered. I currently have 8 hives one of which has produced enough for one harvest so far, three others that are vsh nucs I've had for just over a month and they are growing like mad. The others are in various stages from a fast growing small swarm to sluggish and needing new queens.
