I would put my cell cups in a CB-Cell Builder to be cleaned for 24Hrs. Then remove right away. Do leave them in to long, or they can start storing into them, if you are still in a flow.
What have you selected to be a Cell Builder? Do you have more than one hive? Just making sure you have that covered.
If you only have 1 hive i would suggest using a "Cloak-Board"
The hive has to be Queenless for the Grafts to go into.
