Middle Georgia is a hot area in July and August. Still waiting on my first packages of bees ever. Full sun or partial shade in the sfternoon?

I'm in "middle" Alabama and I prefer full sun. I find it's another weapon against the ever present small hive beetle. The bees will go outside when it gets too hot.

I live in the Low Country of SC and it gets hot also. I have been talking to locals about the same question. It is about a even split down here. So this is what I am going to do. I live back in the woods. I am clearing my area so I have full sun till about 3 pm then partial shade only in summer. I have a few hardwoods that loose leaves in fall close by . In fall, winter, spring they are not leafed out so full sun till late spring through hot months.
