I have found a way to freshen your breath...just take a small, very small sip from your HBH bottle.

Spearmint breath will chase away the bad germs...:lpf:

Wouldn't that be a trick?

I noticed that when I whistled while I worked it would upset the bees, and if I would blow on a frame they would buzz.
but when I would chew mint leaves (healthy gum/chew substitute)
the bees didn't react to my breath.

Somewhat related - The active ingredients listed on Listerine bottles are menthol, thymol, oil of wintergreen, and eucalyptol - I wonder if anyone has tried using it as a mitacide? Sure would be cool if you could effectively treat varroa with plain old listerine.

I'm not in any way recommending this, just pointing out that it contains stuff that is proven (thymol) or suspected as being effective.
