Hi Clinton -

Dadant sells 4.9 wax foundation that will fit wooden frames. There is a web
page that gives an explanation for its use, which you may have already seen.
http://www.beesource.com/dadant/index.htm

It is only sold in one size, 8-1/2" x 16-3/4", so you will have to decide
how best to use it for your operation. If you are using deep frames
(9-1/8"), then this size will fill the frame. I use all medium frames
(6-1/4") so I would just cut the foundation sheet in half and let the bees
finish pulling the comb beyond the foundation.

There is a series of photos showing one way to wire frames that might help,
but the copy is has not yet been added.

Regards,
Barry
