Just what is foundationless beekeeping? Do I understand correctly that you use a frame with only a strip of foundation or no foundation at all? I'm curious how well this works. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Speed tip. I usually stand 10-30 frames upside down as pictured. Run a bead of glue in each slot, leaving them standing as is allows the glue a chance to flow out evenly inside the groove. After running glue in all of them I go back and break the wedges and roll it up into place. 90% stay tight while the glue dries but a few might need a tack or two to hold them in place while the glue sets overnight.
