Found some Bee's in a Tree Now what?

Hey here's a picture of bee's I found in a very large Oak Tree that is located on a local community center property.

Really no place to place swarm trap near by without the public messing with it. It's a local hang out for soccer mom's to park and pick up their kids.

Bee's not hurting/harming anyone so far should I just leave them bee or talk to community center folks about trying to get them out?

If they say get them then what do I do lol.

As you can see the entrance is at approx 12" from the ground near the base of the tree.

Thanks

Snookie

Leave them alone. Put out some bait boxes. Here is an informative video:

10-foe.... Meh I can do dat, thanks! :}
That hole is big enough you might be able to reach in and cut out a comb of brood and graft some queens... but the bait hives are always a good idea...
You found them, who else is going to find them? Will they decide to save the children from the menace of killer bees? (All bees are now, you know)
If they will mess with your trap, they will mess with the bees. It is always fun to throw rocks at bee hives you know. With MB on this, try to reach and remove.
People are easier to predict than bees.
