After loosing weight everyday since last fall, my hive gained a pound each day for the past two days. The flow may be starting here in N. IL.

It probably is starting. Black raspberry [starting] and Black locust are blooming here. Other plants?

This should be a good year for Black locust [maybe] with the nice long stretch of warm  weather around here. Sometimes [or often], it is either too cool or rainy. Some rain is coming, but not too much and then nice again. I just don't have the strong hives to take advantage of it. One package and a weak overwintered hive.
Yours truely,..Geezer :)

Definitely in the peak of Black Locust here. The woods by my house look like snow fell on the tree tops. A lot of clover too.
