Caught about a four pound swarm in the back of a subdivision.
Easy-peasy, four foot off the ground in a little bush.

Half of my strongest colony is now 40 feet up in a pine tree!

Congrats on the catch, I grew up in Blount County so your post caught my attention.

I'm also in Knoxville. A coworker had a swarm in her yard today.

No swarms here for a while......

Actually, it was 75 degrees Sunday, snowing today. Spring in the Rocky mountains!

Looking forward to swarm season, still weeks away.
