I placed my top feeders on hives about 9 days ago. They are storing it well. My concern is the timing between the weather and them filling the boxes too fast. The hive is currently two deep brood boxes. Things here in Wisconsin haven't really bloomed much yet and it supposed to be in the 50's and rain all next week. I am worried that they may store too much and the feeders will still be on since adding honey supers doesn't factor in since nothing has bloomed much yet. Is this the possible recipe to cause swarming? What is your advice? Thanks, juzzer
** would this be a good time to mix in a few of my frames of plastic foundation for them to start to draw out. I would like to have some extra combs of deeps in case I would need it later.**
