We are harvesting some frames and was curios about one of them, the one side is capped solid, the other side is full and the cells are partially capped all over the entire side, should we extract this side of the frame? Thanks for all the help you all are very helpful and make learning this alot easier.

General rule is that if 1/3 of the cells are capped, you'll be ok. If they are all capped, you have a little lee way with less capped frames because fully capped frames will have a lower uniformed moisture content.
to be 100% sure, buy a refractometer ( cheap ones are only 50 bucks or less ) and you can test the moisture content of the open cells.

hope this helps...

The sure bet is if they are all capped Who knows better than the bees? That said A little uncapped honey mixed in will not hurt 9 or 10 frams with one like you have would be ok
