Does Swarm Commander expire?

I have a bottle of Swarm Commander that I have used for a couple years. Still smells like lemongrass, but I am wondering if it loses efficacy over time?

Easy enough to find out just spray some and check back in an hour. I just put some (one year old) in a brand new hive. Within an hour bees are all over it.

My bottle is 3-4 years old. Worked like a champ last year, but not so good this year. Could be the local bee colonies died out over winter or they just did not swarm this spring (unlikely). It still smells like new, so I’ll keep it another year and see what happens.
It can and does evaporate. If you note inefficiency, thin with rubbing alchohol and a couple drops of water.
