I'm feeding 2 to 1 sugar syrup and they are really taking it. Are they eating it or converting it to honey for future use? Do they actually eat or feed sugar syrup? My hives are heavy and there appears to be a lot of bees dispite the long spell of cold bad weather we have been having.
