Okay. Here's what I got. 3 mediums and 2 deeps. Top medium is essentially empty. A little comb. Next medium is essentially filled and being capped. Next medium mixed brood and honey. First deep is full of honey.Some capped, some not. Shouls I move the deet the top and let them finish filling and capping? Should I move supers? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

This is not a suggestion, but an observation. When I do cut outs I see the brood in the middle combs. Honey and pollen on either end. I also have seen in my hives that are multi storied as yours are, pretty much the same pattern. Often the bottom deep is mostly pollen, some honey, brood in middle box(s)..
I wonder if in the langstroth hive it's the same as the wild, they see bottom and top as the outer combs of the hive. So, maybe not so disorganized?
