Any potential issues with the human consumption of honey from a dead out that we have not identified the cause of death for?

Safe for human consumption.
If you don't have foulbrood, safe to share with your other (or future) bees.
I like to freeze a few days which should help with any SHB or waxmoth eggs, and maybe viruses as well. If you have room and a time gap before your next bees, leaving it in the freezer would keep it.

Unless your family has a larval stage the honey is completely safe for human consumption. Do you see any evidence of brood disease? Does it smell like rotten bananas? If not it is safe for any use.
