Looks like a fatal accident scene. :)

Seriously, only one or two discarded larva is of no concern. The house cleaners are just doing their work by removing the dead.. When the front of the hive is littered with lots of dead larva, then it's time to dig deeper into what may be the problem.

Is it a wax moth larva/worm next to the bee larva?

That is what it looks like to me. Just part of the trash being hauled out.

It looks a bit like the wax worm has a varroa mite on it. Eek! they are jumping species!

Wouldn't that be a good thing?

Yes, in that case; I was thinking of them becoming more devious and dastardly!

It's hard to tell what it is, but the one on the left does look like a mite is attached. To me it looks like a smaller bee larva.
