If you really feel like you need one, dont do the job.
Disagree there, I don't care who you are pulling bees out of a wall for, if you have to cut into someone else's house, shed, or something else, ALWAYS cover your tail and sign a contract. In today's world, you open someone's wall, tell them they are responsible for the repairs and what not and they pay you, they might take you to court and even though they only paid you say, $100, they could say that you were responsible for repairs. Even if the materials needed for the repairs are well over the $100 and you can prove that it's not economically do-able for the $100 you paid, you could still lose.
I say cover yours.
