I did a cut-out about 3 weeks ago it was my first and also my first honey comb experience not being on frames. I got home and had a huge amount of honey comb. I did not know how to extract. My method was put the comb in 2 gallon zip-lock bags and put in sink run warm water on it then crush the comb and run it through #4 screen. It worked great, but now all my honey turned to cream. Is it cause the hot water liquefied some of the wax?? It taste great, but kinda freaks out some of my buyers/my kids. City folk and all :p (my kids)

It's probably just crystallized. Some honey naturally crystallizes creamy. If you had got it hot enough to melt wax when it cooled back off the honey and wax would separate they would not mix.
