I have an old cast aluminum uncapper with blades heated by a small hot water heater with a recirculating pump.
Do you ever sharpen the serrated blades on your uncapper?
If so, how?

If they are soldered brass, with a strip of meat band saw blade soldered in, my guess is no for most people. We have a box of dull old ones laying around.

For a talented and skilled individual, I believe that they could be touched up with the proper equipment, which may be a drum sander of about 1 1/2 diameter, or possibly a Dremel tool.
