I went to their contact page to fill out the contact info but when I get through everything and submit it...it brings up a page not found page. I'm trying to figure out if my request went through or not. Anyone else have this happen?

Yep, call them. They are great to deal with but over the phone is somewhat more great than over the computer in my experiances with them.

We called. I ordered 200 queens a couple of weeks ago for April Delivery and at that time the web page had not been updated so maybe that's why.
