I can get a hold of a few tons of dried honey that was rejected from an accident and am wondering a fair price to pay for it and also how I would feed this to cattle. Would like also to know the nutritional value of dried honey.

The products that I've seen that are called dry honey, dried honey or granulated honey have a good amount of maltose, glucose, or some other sugars.
What you are looking at may be dried honey, but I would ask some more questions so at least you know what you are getting.
