I just finished the second hive cutout on the same structure, an old shed. Should I keep the honey from the two different hives separated or would it be alright to combine the two honeys into a single batch?

The bees tonight were a breeze to work with. They didn't mob us like the first hive did. Got good numbers of bees. The combs were not as impressive as the first cutout so I didn't take but just one or two pics. I was able to help the landowner immensely by relocating these bees. It felt good to save the bees, assure the landowner and increase the numbers of my hives, all at the same time. It's been a very productive weekend.
