Been a Nice warm day here in S.E. Kansas (89*F), so I got to thinking, I've got some Crystallized Honey in a 5 Gal. Bucket that I need to get liquified. I set the Bucket in a Black Trash Bag and put it out in the Sun this morning and "VIOLA", my Infrared Thermometer reads 100* F and the Honey is liquifying. Easy way to bring the Honey back to Liquid. Try it, Hope it works for you like it did for me. Dale

We do something similar. Last fall golden rod honey crystallized quickly. To change k t back ton liquid form, we set a jar in a south facing window. Takes a bit longer, but works fine.
