I had one hive that had winter dysentery and left some of the medium frames looking like this. I scrapped the top bars and wiped them down with bleach water. Bees are experts at cleaning. Give the job to your strongest hive and they will have it done in no time.

Sure, just make sure you give the honey from those frames to your boss, or mother in law.
