I just made a split and I want to give the bees more pollen in the new hive. I bought a big jar of organic pollen powder for human consumption. If I pour that on to an empty frame and put it in the hive, can the bees use it to feed larvae? I wondered if this pollen has been processed somehow so it is not usable by the bees.

I would be worried the other way, did the pollen say it had been radiated, where did it come from, if it wasn't radiated you run the risk of giving the bees AFB
