OK, new ish to cooking anyway ( I am a guy, after all) and "way bunch" new to cooking with honey.
I have baked a couple of batches of cookies with no sugar, sweetened with honey.
both batches came out edible, but more like cake than cookie.
Is this just the nature of the beast, or are there "cookie-type" recipes out there?
( I will probably try beebikers "eggless cookies" next)

check online or some cook books, if adding honey to replace sugar you may need to add more dry ingredients, less liquid or some other things. I remember reading about something to do with this same thing. Please check around for more advices.
