i have a small swarm that has uncapped white larvae filling the whole cell, also tiny white larvae , and mixed in is tiny black larvae.. is this something to be concerned about.. lots of capped larvae also, bees are italians/feral ??

Yes. The black larvae is dead. It could be just chilled brood this time of year or it may be disease. You need to check for American Foulbrood 1st. and then work from there.

I would guess the black larvae are chilled brood, but I would investigate further.
