As soon as they get through cleaning it up, and she finds it. :) Which under normal conditions is likely minutes to hours. 'Depends on the size of the brood nest. So, 2000 eggs a day, an egg a minute, 21 days in a full cycle... :scratch:

It is hard to say. I have seen a queen lay in minute from the time she stuck her
body into the cell until she pull herself out. It only takes a minute or 2. If the queen is working on let's say
frame 5 then she might not get to frame 7 in a day or 2 after these cells got cleaned
out from the time the bees hatched.
