I just brought home 6 supers and are in the shed right now. I used "honey
robber" and the frames seemed pretty clear of bees. Hauled in the back of my open bed pick up truck. Several thousand bees seemed to follow me home
or was hiding in the frames. Too many bees to bring supers in house for
extracting, they are all over, inside and out, loaded in the window too. Will
they go back to beeyard or stay with their honey? You can see this is my first
year. Thanks for any input.

how far are you from the home yard for them?? if within a mile or three, they will return home. And come back with everyone the hive can spare. If more than about 3 miles, likely not.

Turn a light on in the shed. The bees will leave the supers and fly to the light during the night. Then you can take your bee free supers in the house. As for the bees that were in the supers-brush them into a cage and take them back to the bee yard or just kill them.
