It has been three years since I have had a good "honey year". This year my hives are going gang busters! I am looking forward to end of August harvest. Northern Utah.

How is everyone else fairing?

Great year for honey here, we got a full super off a package (Russians) and 80 lbs off my overwintered hive in spite of the fact that they swarmed on me.

Last year we got only a super per hive, or a bit less, so I'm pleased.

No rain, no honey either. No goldenrod for the Fall flow.
Just supplement planting to keep them healthy and expanding til next year.

Pretty good year here in Indiana. 2nd year hives and one April package. A full super off the package and 4-5 frames from each over winter hives. The over winter hives swarmed, due to the great flow. They are still bringing in nectar and I should get at least one more super. I also generated two good size splits.
