Beekeepers,

I'm part of a group Colorado beekeepers who celebrated National Pollinator Week with a Cause Mob and Pollinator Parade. You can check out the videos here.

Did you celebrate National Pollinator Week with your bee club this year? If so, tell me about it! I'd love to hear what folks in other parts of the country are doing.

With care and thanks,

Laura

You guys must have had a LOT of honey that day! Lol. Love the energy... if you can put together a routine to protest vegetable/fruit importation/exportation, I would put you all on the payroll... ;-) there are hundreds of agricultural leaders from around the world on my Facebook friends list... hint, hint... I am in the field, so I can't reach my own site to post the video there, but you are welcome to if you would like.

Thanks for the great feedback, WillyC (you're just a stone's throw away), rrussell and giant pumpkin peep! I will share it with the dancers. (They're going to eat it up.)

So, I guess we need to think about doing this again next year, eh?

Laura, lol, I enjoyed it very much, So which one were you -- I think I recognized one of the waggle dances? National Honeybee Day is coming up in August and would be deserving of such a dance/parade.

Thanks, CentralPAguy!

I'm the shy one (or the sly one, depending on your point of view) behind the video camera. Great tip about National Honeybee Day, by the way . . .
