This isn't anything that different or new, but something someone might want to try as a candy feeding supplement during the winter:
3 parts confetti sugar (powder sugar)
2 parts granular sugar
1 1/2 parts water
1/3 teaspoon imitation vanilla
2 tablespoons honey from a trusted source

Mix, heat and stir until the mixture liquifies and comes to a boil for a few minutes. Take your pan and sit it in cold water in the sink and continue to stir. Once cool enough, knead with your hands and add extra / equal parts of granular and confetti sugar until it reaches a dough-like consistency. My bees LOVE IT!!

Let us know if you start seeing an increase in bee dysentery , powder sugar is also mixed with corn starch and is indigestible to honey bees. If you don’t sounds like a good recipe.
