I don't actually know. I have seen a gardening article that suggests they will eat bee larva and stores. But I am not aware of specific damage they do to adult bees. Google around and do some research, see what you can find.
Too cool! Never stop seeing new things about insects. Do you have a lot of these on your bees? I remember smashing one that had went up my pant leg one time in a field of soybeans. I learned why they have that name that day.
