Very faint, but I smell Goldenrod in my apiary. It is very abundant around my place but have not seen many bees on it. Anyone else? J

I get a very faint whiff of it, but they seem to be more on the crepe myrtles. They'll hit it hard in about a week up until first frost.

One out of four yards very strong smell. Going to be a long bloom this year hopefully. Very early for my area.

At my old house I had a few colonies in the backyard, uphill from the house. I loved goldenrod season. As evening set in and the air stilled the smell of ripening goldenrod and bamboo honey would drift down and into my bedroom window. It was like being in a butterscotch factory.

Caught a few hints in the air each day since Wednesday or Thursday last week. More like a trickle than a flow, but I sampled some fresh nectar today. I love goldenrod :)
