I was looking at this extractor. Anybody use this one and what are your thoughts? I was worried the stainless might be paper thin but not sure. Also have you found it cheaper? Dadant had it for $150 but it is now gone from their catalog.
Looks like an import maybe from Italy. If it is I wouldn't hesitate based on the price alone. You could probably buy 2 of these for the price of some company's. The dealer I spoke to in my area has sold a lot of the Italian imports with no problems, other than people wishing they would have bought a electric model.
My old Kelley extractor has lasted 25 years, and still going strong. You frequently find used extractors available, still in decent shape. Why pay for something two or three times, when buying quality once you don't have to worry about replacement? fwiw
