The bag says made in Canada. Perhaps the more familiar US made brands are not making it across the border. Anybody using it?

I bought a bag of it when I bought my Nucs.
Made patties out of it and the bees mowed them down in no time.
Open fed a small 2 gallon pail also and they were definitely enjoying it.
Not sure how it compares to other pollen subs. But it was developed by the University Of Guelph so I trust that it’s good stuff. I think it’s Chick pea based from some of the write ups I found.
Pretty much the only dry pollen sub I could find around here. Without paying crazy prices.
I got a 50 lb bag for $90 I think.

Thanks Brandon;

Was wondering about acceptance. If it has UOG for a parent that is good endorsement. Price is better than what I am seeing for the US made product.

Thank you for posting that last one, Frank.

Just for education, check out whatever you can find from Dr. Gordon Wardell, of MegaBee fame.

megabee.com

I'll try to find if there are any of his lectures on bee nutrition that he gave at the Central Coast Beekeepers' Alliance last year, and hopefully post it here soon.
