Well here in northwest NC sourwood honey is a mythical creature that only appears every 5 to 10 years according to all the local "old timers" so i would suggest no on transporting to our mtns. anyway

I've heard that there is much more sourwood honey sold than ever harvested....

Sourwood labels are 15 cents each. Sourwood honey is scarce.
