I have a really aggressive colony (but very productive). I need to do something with them as I cant even open them up! Rather than kill them, I am going to relocate the super boxes (one at a time) on to other hives. Then I am going to split the deep box into nucs and requeen with a gentler strain. Will this work, or will other colonies (ie. the ones with the 'new' supers) become aggressive too? Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
