I have a 2 deep super that did well over the winter. They seem to be doing good. Is it to early to add a med. super? They are bringing in some pollen. Thanks

I don't know your area but if you see any blooming plants add that super and keep a close watch on it cause you might need to add another soon if a major flow is on as it is here in Amarillo,TX

I've already supered here in Indiana. Bees don't look at calendars, they look at what's blooming. I put supers on when the dandelions start blooming.

yeah go ahead as everyone said and super if you have nectar coming in. No excluder if you use them until that hey drawn it out and put something in there. Just dont do like I did yesterday evening. No suit,smoke. Just shorts and t-shirt. It was a little late to get in them. 15-20 got me. Learned my lesson Peace Dave
