Not yet, unless there are not bees in the quite hive. Last time I installed packages they were hauling in pollen by the next warm day (cold and raining when they showed up), but this time they've been orienting for two days. Nothing coming in and lots of bees in the feeder.
If they have not left, remember that it takes a while for a three pound clump of bees shaken out of a number of hives willy-nilly to get organized and start functioning as a hive.
Did you go into the hives to see if the queens were released yet? Check back in about a week to see if there is brood. Hives of bees are like people, different personalities, not all fly exactly the same on any given day.
