Now you have me wondering...just how much does a 5-gallon bucket of honey weigh?

Anyone know the answer?

The pail holds 60 pounds of honey. The empty pail weights between 2 and 3 pounds. Looks to me like that dolly would work for moving a stack of 4 or 5.

It should handle honey fine. The paint stores use them and stack 6 five I want to say and roll them around.
